
Submission Guidelines
For the CONDIVISION: INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON DIGITAL INNOVATION AND BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION 2025 at Universitas Bunda Mulia
We welcome submissions from scholars, researchers, and students for our inaugural CONDIVISION 2025. Please carefully follow the steps below for submitting your work:
Step 1: Abstract Submission
Before submitting a full paper, all participants must first submit an abstract for review. The abstract should meet the following criteria:
- Word Limit: 200 – 300 words
- Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 11-point size
- Spacing: 1 spacing
- Content:
- Title of the paper
- Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
- 3-5 keywords
- Brief introduction to the topic, research objectives, methodology, and expected findings or contribution to the field
Abstracts should be submitted via our online submission via our website.
Step 2: Acceptance Notification
Accepted abstract will receive an acceptance notification via email. This serves as confirmation of their eligibility to participate in the conference.
Step 3: Registration and Payment
Once you have received the acceptance notification, you must complete the conference registration and payment process to confirm your participation.
Please note that registration is mandatory for all participants. Failure to complete registration and payment will result in the cancellation of your participation.
Step 4: Full Paper Submission
Registered authors are required to submit their full papers at least four weeks prior to the conference or presentation date to ensure adequate time for the publication of proceedings.
- Word Limit: 6,000 – 9,000 words (excluding references)
- Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size
- Spacing: 1.15 spacing
- Citation Style: APA format
- Content:
- Title of the paper
- Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
- Abstract (up to 300 words)
- Full research content including introduction, literature review, methodology, findings & conclusion, implication and references.
- Submission of Originality: Authors are required to submit a signed Declaration of Originality confirming that their work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
Full Paper Submission Deadline: Four weeks before the conference or presentation date.
