CONDIVISION 2025– International Conference on Digital Innovation and Business Transformation is a premier academic platform hosted by Universitas Bunda Mulia. This annual international conference serves as a vibrant hub for scholars, researchers, and industry professionals to share cutting-edge insights on the evolving landscape of digital innovation and business transformation. With a dual format, both onsite at Bunda Mulia University’s Serpong Campus and online (TBA), the event ensures inclusive and global participation.
This year’s theme embraces the critical shift toward sustainability and innovation in the digital era. The conference invites paper submissions from diverse areas such as innovative management, digital economy and sustainability, marketing communication in the digital age, and sustainable accounting practices. Selected articles will have the opportunity to be published in journals indexed by Scopus, EBSCO, or Copernicus, offering great visibility and academic value to contributors.
Beyond the call for papers, CONDIVISION 2025 also features a series of seminars and expert talks led by renowned speakers, including keynote speaker Prof. Greg Bamber, alongside other distinguished professionals in the fields of business, technology, and communication. Their presence will enrich the discourse and provide participants with invaluable real-world perspectives and inspiration.
The conference timeline begins with abstract submissions from April 14 to May 18, 2025, followed by full paper submissions from June 16 to July 25, 2025. The main event will take place on August 14–15, 2025, from 08:00 to 18:00 (GMT+7), offering two full days of intellectual exchange, networking, and collaborative learning.

Prof. Greg Bamber
Professor Greg Bamber is a distinguished academic at Monash University, holding the position of Professor in the Department of Management within the Monash Business School. Since his appointment in 2008, he has contributed significantly to the university’s research landscape, notably serving as Director of Research, Discipline Leader in Human Resources & Employment Relations, and Director of the Master of Human Resource Management program. He is also the Co-Director of the International Consortium for Research in Employment & Work and the Research Theme Lead for the Future of Work at the Monash AI Institute. His academic journey includes leadership roles at various institutions, including Durham University, Queensland University, and Griffith University, where he held positions such as Director of Research and Dean of the Graduate School of Management.


Prof. Dr. Bella Ya-Hui Lien
Dean and Professor, College of Management
National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan
Professor Lien holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. Her research and teaching interests focus on organizational development, training and career development, and knowledge management.
She has over 24 years of experience in teaching, consulting, and academic service, with a focus on organizational learning, change management, leadership development, and qualitative research. She is also actively involved in cross-disciplinary and international collaboration to strengthen management capacity and innovation in higher education.


Elvia R. Shauki, Ph.D., CA, CertSF
Member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board
Indonesian Institute of Accountants (DSAK-IAI)
Elvia R. Shauki is an academic and professional practitioner in the fields of accounting and sustainability. She serves as a senior lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia, where she is dedicated to developing the knowledge and competencies of future generations of accountants.
Her current strategic position is as a Member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board – Indonesian Institute of Accountants (DSAK-IAI). In this capacity, Mrs. Elvia is directly involved in the formulation and development of national sustainability reporting standards in Indonesia. Her presence on this highest standard-setting body makes her a key figure in ensuring that corporate reporting practices in Indonesia align with global principles of sustainability and good governance.


Kandi Sofia Senastri Dahlan, PhD
Kandi Sofia Senastri Dahlan is an academic and higher education leader currently serving as the Director of Academic Affairs at Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM), Jakarta. With a background as a Senior Lecturer and researcher in consumer behavior, she also holds international academic experience from the University of Bradford, UK. As Vice Rector of UBM, Kandi played a key role in the university’s achievement of both national and international accreditations for its Management Study Program in May 2024, reflecting her commitment to the quality of higher education in Indonesia. Her visionary leadership and dedication to academic development make her an influential figure in transforming higher education toward excellence and global competitiveness.
